The workflow lets you automate actions and execute actions on recordings automatically.
During the creation of a flow, users navigates through a logical sequence of screens. The various flow screens appear based on the elements entered by the users.
Moreover, the flow directly interacts with the Salesforce database, which enables collecting data while updating or creating records.
Note: The flows can be triggered through the creation of a customised button or link, or automatically using the Process builder.
Example: The users of the support receive assistance with greeting clients over the phone and entering their request.
This limits the number of manual actions users of the support need to perform, and reduces the time on the phone with the client.
