A graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole des Mines de Paris, Bechara Raad, started his professional career in 1983 as a consultant at CGI. In 1988, he was co-founder of Valoris, a Consultancy and Services company specialized in Business Intelligence and CRM. Valoris rapidly achieved a recognized position as a leader in CRM consulting in France with a turnover of over € 100 million in 2001. In 2004, following the sale of Valoris to Sopra, he joined the Sopra management committee for 18 months. With Jean de Lasa and Pierre Sarrola, he created and developed EI-Capital in 2006 and EI-Technologies in early 2008.
Jean de LASAGeneral Manager
A graduate of Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris and Ecole Nationale d’Administration, he was appointed to French Treasury in 1981 where he quickly became chief administrative officer of the Interministerial Committee on Industrial Restructuring. He held several CEO positions one of which at the Consortium de Realisation (CDR) and then joined Bechara Raad in Valoris in order to prepare the company for an IPO. He served as CFO for Taittinger Group and Vice Chairman for the Louvre Group. With Bechara Raad and Pierre Sarrola, he created and developed EI-Capital in 2006 and EI-Technologies in early 2008.
A graduate of Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Lyon and postgraduate in applied economics of Université de Grenoble. He joined GIAT Industries Group in 1992 as Financial Controller and then in Abu Dhabi, as Financial Manager. In 1997, he joined Valoris as Chief Financial Officer. following the sale of Valoris to Sopra, he became CFO for Antalis TV and then Deputy Chief Financial Officer for Louvre-Hôtels. With Béchara Raad and Jean de Lasa, he created and developed EI-Capital in 2006 and EI-Technologies in early 2008. Since February 2008, he is in charge of the financial management of EI-Technologies.
