Enabling social data allows users to view social network profiles and corresponding activity of their accounts, contacts, and leads directly from Salesforce.
4 social networks can be activated or deactivated for all accounts, contacts and leads. These are Twitter, Facebook, Klout (measures activity on social networks) and YouTube.
Warning! You must have an account in order to view the results of the search in the different social networks. The gateway does not allow to update the Salesforce records (only the account, contact or lead photo is updated after the link has been manually established by the user).
